Masterlocks Return Policy

HPI-Online return policy for products purchased via the internet.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from any of our sites you may return it for a
full refund within the first 30 days after you have placed your order.

To return the item you may do any of the following:

Please include the following information:

1. Your order number
2. The item number of the product you wish to return
3. The reason you wish to return the item
4. Was the item used or not

HPI-Online will reply either via e-mail or phone with a return authorization number and shipping instructions for you. Once our warehouse has received the item and processed your return, the refund will be applied to your credit card account.

HPI-Online will pay return shipping only for products shipped to you in error or that were received defective. Any claims for damaged and or shortages must be made within 7 days of the day you received the item or items.

HPI-Online will accept returns for 30 days from the date of the order. Any item may be returned for credit ( not including shipping charges). In order to receive credit, all products must be in working order and in original packaging and including all original contents. We respect your return and hope you respect our right to wish to resell the item.

All returns/replacements after 30 days must be made directly to the manufacturer of the item. All products sold come with manufacturers claims and warranties on literature packaged with each item.
