For security and liability reasons neither HPI nor Master Lock Company provides combinations to end users by phone, mail or e-mail. However, if the padlock is not secured to anything you may send it to:

with a check for $6.00 each. We will then return the locks to you with the correct combinations. Some may find it less expensive to simply purchase new locks, others may find some locks to be sentimental in value.

Note - We are unable to give combinations for
"re-settable" locks.

Is it time to break out the Hacksaw ?

Well, perhaps that is one option. Otherwise, you might try a local locksmith who might be able to help. Whether they can do it without destroying the lock remains to be seen. They don't say Master Lock Tough for nothing!

If you need another lock, follow the links below and head towards the 1500 series. In the future, since obviously you have a computer, you might keep the combination and key numbers to your keyed locks recorded in your computer for future reference.
