| | I've forgotten the combination to my Master Lock. If I send you the serial number from the back of the lock, can you e-mail the combination to me or give it to me over the phone? |

Due to increased security concerns nationwide, We recognize the heightened need for additional safety measures. Effective immediately Master Lock will no longer provide lock combinations in response to phone, fax or e-mail request. Please follow the procedure outlined below to obtain the combination to your lock:
We will return the lock to you, with the correct combination. |
| | The hardware store/home center no longer provides combination lookup service. What should I do now? |

| | In the past I was able to obtain my lost combination by sending a fax or letter to Master Lock. Why is this service no longer available? |

| Due to increased security concerns nationwide Master Lock recognizes the need for additional safety measures. Master Lock realizes that lost combination requests made via fax, phone or e-mail do not adequately prove ownership and puts you at additional risk. |
| | How may I obtain my lost combination when my lock is attached to locker, bike, cabinet, etc.? |

additional safety measures. Master Lock will not provide lost combinations if
you are unable to prove ownership. To prove ownership you must be able to photocopy
the back of your lock and submit a notarized Lost Combination Form. Please contact
your local locksmith for lock removal. Please note that Master Lock does not reimburse

| | I've lost the combination to my resettable Master Lock. Can you tell me what it is? |
| | Resettable combination locks have a combination that is assigned by the owner of the lock. Therefore, Master Lock does not know the combination that the owner set. The lock cannot be reset unless it is in the open position. If your lock is attached to something you will need to call a locksmith for removal. Please note that Master Lock does not reimburse for locksmith services. |
